  Yoga in Nature | For the Iranian Community  ‍♀️

  A gentle outdoor yoga session designed to relax the body and calm the mind.

  
  

  In this class, through slow stretching movements, mindful breathing, and being present in the moment, we give the body a chance to release tension and restore its energy.

  This class is suitable for all ages and all levels, and no previous yoga experience is required.

  AIAP’s September 2026 Hike

  Black Mountain Loop

  Meeting Time & Location:

  We meet at Hilltop Community Park at 7:15 AM and start promptly at 7:30 AM.

  Hike Details:

  Get ready for a scenic and energizing hike along the Black Mountain Loop, a roughly 6.5 mile trail featuring steady climbs and sweeping views across northern San Diego. The route reaches the summit of Black Mountain and offers a rewarding mix of challenge, scenery, and fresh air.

  After hike, we will meet at Namino Poway for breakfast!

  Please bring enough water and wear comfortable hiking boots.
