He studied music at Tehran University with emphasis on ethnomusicology. He plays numerous folks wind instruments from various part of Iran. Main Presenter: Mr. Hedi (Hedayat) Jafari Topic: Sole Proprietor, LLC or Corporation? Exploring the Right Fit for Your Business Mr. Jafari will discuss the key differences between operating as self-employed individual versus forming an LLC or a corporation. The presentation will cover the structure of each business entity, along with their advantages, disadvantages, and tax implications. Attendees will gain practical insights to help them evaluate which business structure may be most appropriate for their circumstances. The presentation and Q&A session will last approximately an hour. About Presenter: Mr. Jafari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Master’s degree in Economics from Uppsala University in Sweden. He has more than 25 years of experience as a financial manager and budget analyst at UC San Diego.
