A gentle outdoor yoga session designed to relax the body and calm the mind.
In this class, through slow stretching movements, mindful breathing, and being present in the moment, we give the body a chance to release tension and restore its energy.
This class is suitable for all ages and all levels, and no previous yoga experience is required.
