Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve

Time: 6:45am (We get together at 6:45am and start hiking at 7:00am)

Los Penasquitos Canyon Trail in is a popular destination for runners, walkers, mountain bikers and horseback riders. The trail is well-maintained, generally flat and offers a mixture of shade and sun along the route. The trail distance is three miles from the parking lot to "Waterfall" and  six miles to the end of the trail in Sorrento Valley.  Those who wants to have a shorter hike (six miles round trip) can hike only to the Waterfall and return to parking lot.
