Hike at Elfin Forest Park

The AIAP's October hike will be at Elfin Forest park. This is a seven-mile, moderate hike and takes about 3.5 hours. Please bring water & comfortable shoes. For any questions regarding the hike please contact us at admin@aiap.org

Meeting Time: 7:45 am (we will meet hikers at 7:45 am, and will hit the trail sharp at 8:00 am)

Direction to Elfin Forest park: I-15 North to Escondido, exit 9th Avenue, turn left at the traffic signal, turn left again at the first traffic signal to 9th Ave., go straight, pass one light (Home Depot on the left), and continue to the end of 9th Ave., which will turn left to Hale Ave., go to the second block on the right side which is Harmony Grove, turn right to Harmony Grove, continue for a short distance and turn left again to Harmony Grove, follow the road for 2-3 miles and Elfin Forest park entrance is on the left side.
