Yoga in Nature | For the Iranian Community ‍♀️

A gentle outdoor yoga session designed to relax the body and calm the mind.

In this class, through slow stretching movements, mindful breathing, and being present in the moment, we give the body a chance to release tension and restore its energy.

This class is suitable for all ages and all levels, and no previous yoga experience is required.

Event is donation based but RSVP is required for all attendees.

The AIAP September Hike will be at Los Peñasquitos. For more information about this trail please visit AllTrails.

Meeting Time & Location:

We meet at Canyonside Park driveway at 7:15 AM and start promptly at 7:30 AM.

Hike Details:

This is a relatively flat trail and easy hike, which is approximately 6 miles roundtrip from the parking to the waterfalls and back. For those seeking more challenging hike, we can hike to the end of the trail, which will be nearly 12 miles round trip.

Important Reminders:

Please bring enough water, breakfast to share, water and wear comfortable hiking boots.
