"Sex, Drugs, and Baba Karam" addresses the reality of aging and how sexual activity relates to healthy aging and increased longevity. While the role of medications and leisure drugs play a negative role in our sexual capacity and activities. The conclusion focuses on some of the activities that help us stay younger, sharper and more engaged. Dancing and playing board games and more Baba Karam should be on your new year resolution.
Mario Garrett PhD, born in Malta is trained in England as a psychologist specializing in gerontology, the study of older adults. He worked at the London School of Economics, the United Nations International Center on Aging, and he has had various projects with the People's Republic of China, Morocco, Australia, and recently Turkey. He was the first chairman of the Department of Gerontology at San Diego State University where he currently holds a professorship.
